Dosage:
Take one scoop (32gms) of GuruPrasadam Whey Protein Wellness to 250ml of water or cold skimmed milk, shake well and enjoy.
Blend:
Take one scoop of GuruPrasadam Whey Protein Wellness to 6-8 oz of cold water or skimmed milk to a blender and blend well for 10 to 20 seconds. Ice cubes could be added as well to the blender and then blend it again. Fresh or frozen fruits, yogurt, peanut butter, flaxseed oil, fruit juices, and other ingredients could be added as per the taste in the blender for a delicious and quick snack.
