Directions for use:
Take one scoop or 32gms of GuruPrasadam Whey Wellness Sport to 250ml of water or cold skimmed milk, shake it well and then enjoy.
Blend
Take one scoop of GuruPrasadam Whey Wellness Sport to 6-8 oz of skimmed milk or cold water to a blender and blend it very well for about 10-20 seconds. Ice cubes could also be added l to the blender and then blend it once more. Fresh or frozen fruits (e.g. frozen strawberries, blueberries or any other fruit), peanut butter, yogurt, fruit juices, flaxseed oil, and other ingredients could also be added to the blender as per the taste for a quick and delicious snack.
